2023-07-10 — Add latest parameter to List Selection Options endpoint

The List Selection Options endpoint now uses the optional latest query parameter to return the latest subscription group that a product was added to.

The List Selection Options endpoint returns a list of selection options, and by default does not expand subscription group information associated with the selection option.

Now, when using the expand=subscription_group query parameter, users can include the latest query param to return the latest subscription group assignment for a product.
