2022-10-31 — Add endpoint for updating prepaid metadata

Adds the Update Line Item Prepaid Metadata endpoint.

This extends the functionality of the Subscriptions API by adding a PATCH endpoint to update prepaid metadata on a given line item.

This endpoint allows API users to update the current_recurrence_count, prepaid_duration and prepaid_continue type of a prepaid subscription. You can can also use this endpoint to add new prepaid data to a subscription, converting it to prepaid.
