2023-04-04 — Add Zone and Warehouse endpoints

Zones (tax, shipping, and warehouse) and warehouses can be created using the Checkout Admin API.

The new Zone and Warehouse endpoints allow clients to configure zones and warehouses using the API. This was previously only possible as a manual setup step using the Checkout admin.
