2022-09-27 — Add email query param to List Customer endpoint

Adds an optional email query parameter to the List Customers endpoint to filter the results based on that email.

This change supports order creation with new customers. When a customer is created during a new order, you can check to see if a customer with the provided email already exists on the platform.
