Connect payment gateways

Configure one or more payment gateways so your store can accept payment methods your customers expect and trust.

Payment gateways, such as PayPal Complete Payments and Braintree, are how Bold processes payments in your checkout. When you connect a payment gateway to Bold, you also choose one or more payment methods, such as credit cards or digital wallets like Apple Pay, to use with that gateway.

You can connect multiple payment gateways to your Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento 2) store. If your store uses another platform, you can connect one payment gateway.
