Connect Authorize.net as your payment gateway
Connect Authorize.net as your payment gateway so your store can accept payment methods your customers expect and trust. You can do this during onboarding or in Bold Account Center.
Prerequisites
To connect your Authorize.net payment gateway, you need the following:
- Bold Booster installed on your store:
- Admin access to your Authorize.net account
- Knowledge of which payment method(s) you want to use in your store
- Authorize.net supports only credit card or debit card payments.
- To process payments from digital wallets, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, you'll need to connect another payment gateway.
- Admin access to your store

Connect Authorize.net during onboarding
If you're first setting up Bold Booster, follow these steps to connect Authorize.net as your payment gateway during onboarding.
Enter your payment gateway information
- In the onboarding modal, under Connect a payment gateway, find Authorize.net and click Connect.
- Enter the following credentials. Refer to Authorize.net documentation for help finding these in your Authorize.net account.
- API Login ID
- Client Key
- Signature Key
- Transaction Key
- If you want to include credit and debit card payment fields processed through Authorize.net, check the Credit Card Enabled box.
- Click Save.
Select payment methods
- In the list of payment gateways, next to Authorize.net, click the ellipsis (...) and click Edit credentials.
- If you want to include credit and debit card payment fields processed through Authorize.net, check the Credit Card Enabled box.
- Click Save.
- Continue the onboarding process for your platform to connect any additional gateways and retrieve your API access token:
Connect Authorize.net in Bold Account Center
To connect Authorize.net as a payment gateway after initial onboarding, follow these steps to add or edit a gateway at any time in Bold Account Center.
Enter your payment gateway information
- In Bold Account Center, under Checkout, click Open.
- Click Flows.
- Under Connect a payment gateway, find Authorize.net and click Connect.
- Enter the following credentials. Refer to Authorize.net documentation for help finding these in your Authorize.net account.
- API Login ID
- Client Key
- Signature Key
- Transaction Key
- Click Save.
Select payment methods
- In the list of payment gateways, next to Authorize.net, click the ellipsis (...) and click Edit credentials.
- If you want to include credit and debit card payment fields processed through Authorize.net, check the Credit Card Enabled box.
- Click Save.
